All About the Feet — Ortho-Bionomy
The feet provide our foundation for movement, balance, and connection to the ground. In this study group we will explore the structure and function of the feet while deepening our understanding of how Ortho-Bionomy® principles can support ease, alignment, and stability. Together we will review Phase 4 and Phase 5 techniques for the feet and refresh our understanding of foot anatomy. We will also discuss common conditions—including plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammer toes, and arthritis—and explore how Ortho-Bionomy approaches may support these challenges.Participants are encouraged to bring client questions and experiences related to working with the feet. We will also practice self-care practices that can help support healthy, responsive feet. Time will be devoted to exploring grounding practices and how awareness through the feet can enhance stability, presence, and overall organization in the body. This study group offers an opportunity to ask questions, exchange knowledge, and deepen our skills in working with this essential foundation of the body.
