Aromatherapy for Pain Relief
Approved instructor Hope DeVall | In this class, participants will explore the history and practice of Clinical Aromatherapy. Participants will be introduced to 10 essential oils that aid in pain relief. For each oil, participants will identify the botanical source, extraction method, country of origin, key chemical constituents, indications, and precautions for use. Participants will practice proper dilution ratios and apply oils for therapeutic use in a way that can enhance the client’s experience and results.
This class is full of activities and projects. Participants will make their own custom massage blend, a bath salt blend, a sore muscle salve, and a roll-on head-ache blend.
