Basic Lymphatic Massage

This basic 3 day class focuses on drainage of superficial and deep lymphatic vessels of the upper and lower extremities and includes techniques for lymphatic breast drainage and liver. Information about the benefits, contraindications and precautions, edema and lymphedema is covered. Once completed you will be able to give a full lymphatic session. Smaller class size located in beautiful East Asheville.
