Title: Cranial Sacral & Holistic Modalities: Emotional Release from Trauma, This 3 day class covers visible and hidden symptoms of trauma; locating and releasing from the body; it’s connection to the brain and nervous system. Techniques from modalities in Cranial Sacral*, Chakras and Meridians will be included as well as verbal and non verbal communication skills. Smaller class size centrally located at a private venue in East Asheville, *Pre requisite required.
