This online video course shows you how to use Direct-Indirect Techniques to release tight myofascial restrictions in and around the Rhomboids, Trapezius, Erector Spinae, Deep Rotators & Multifidi, and other Spinal muscles, and Serratus muscles.
In this course you learn how to loosen all the upper back muscles, as well as the Pectoralis Major and Minor muscles, which tend to stay contracted in order to counterbalance the often overused and over-elongated upper back muscles.
