Muscle Anatomy & Assessment Skills

This class gives you hands-on practice of easy-to-use assessment skills and a fun refresher of the major muscles and muscle groups that massage therapists work on: what the muscles do, what happens when they work overtime, and how to assess where they are tight before your client even gets on the table. The goal is to make it quicker and easier to see what’s going on with your client and communicate that clearly to them. The results: more effective massage sessions and more repeat clients.
