A caring therapeutic touch will be discussed, demonstrated and performed to support the physiological, structural and emotional well-being of mother to be. The therapist will review the common changes with pregnancy and the female reproductive system. We will explore protocols to alleviate the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, relief from uncomfortable digestive issues and enhance energy levels. Study massage techniques and gentle range of motion to help mothers experience their changing body in more positive nurturing ways
