Reiki 1
Reiki 1 is the foundation level of Reiki training. In this class, students are permanently attuned to Reiki through a series of 4 attunements. Students will learn: the history of Reiki and its major applications, the basic hand positions for self-healing and the healing of others, energy scanning, intuitive healing with Reiki (Reiji), traditional meditations, affirmation programming, and closing methods.
