Releasing the Scalenes
In this training, I guide students through the anatomy of the scalenes muscles and important structures nearby, how the scalenes act on the cervical spine, and what gets them into trouble. Students will learn what kinds of symptoms the scalenes cause and what your clients will say to let you know to work on the scalenes. After I give you all that anatomy background and talk about what causes tension in these muscles, I then guide you through each step of the protocol, including some fascial stripping which EVERYONE LOVES, and trigger point location and release.
