TFH 3 builds upon TFH 1 & 2 with 14 new muscles and techniques for chronic muscle pain and two techniques to enhance muscle synergy. This level introduces the Five Elements emotions into the balancing process along with another technique for releasing emotions based on Five Elements color research. Also an advanced technique for addressing long term muscle imbalance caused by an injury using Reactive muscle technique.
