Working with Trauma: (Self-Care) (Care for Others)

This one day class is great for practitioners who want to work with Trauma Survivors. You will have a better understanding about the steps trauma survivors need to take before feeling comfortable to receive bodywork; the positives and negatives when working with trauma survivors; what to know prior, during and after a session and an opportunity to role play using verbal and non verbal communication. A number of self-care exercises will be given throughout the day . Class is offered at a private venue in beautiful Asheville.
