Floating Hammock Massage Level 1: Students will learn foundational techniques core to FHM as well as a full hour sequence, basic polyvagal theory and rigging options. FHM is a game-changing new form of fully-clothed bodywork that uses the movement of a hammock and three dimensional touch to support a deep relaxation response, often involving the feeling of blissful floating.

Floating Hammock Massage Level 2 covers side-lying and advanced techniques, building on and deepening the core principles of FHM Level 1 (prerequisite) with new “patterns to make and break” as well as additional hand/body placements utilizing three dimensional touch.

Unique breathwork combined with hammock manipulation and eye movement patterns
to rewire stress pathways and increase the relaxation response when done alone or before FHM.
