Deepening Your Connection to Reiki; A Self-Care Experience for Level III Practitioners, moves therapists toward self-discovery and supports inner awareness and personal growth. A short self assessment instrument is used to access a deeper understanding of the current state of ‘self’, then, several mindfulness activities, utilizing breath, vision or movement are explored as tools for inner development. This class is scheduled directly following The Root The Core The Heart of Reiki Level III and is required for Reiki III certification. Those previously certified as Reiki III may participate with proof of certification.

The Root The Core The Heart of Reiki; Empowered Hands On Healing Part III – Evolve continues to explore the history, philosophy, and scope of practice of Reiki with a look toward how Reiki was practiced in Japan. Therapists are connected to the last of the traditional Reiki symbols and are guided to apply them to elicit change or balance in the body. The chakra system is explored through the lens of human development from pre-birth to adulthood and the value of promoting balance to each chakra and the system as a whole. New hands-on techniques are learned.

The Root The Core The Heart of Reiki; Empowered Hands-On Healing Part II-Serve focuses on delivering Reiki as a bodywork modality to clients. Therapists deepen the connection to the flow of energy and learn traditional symbols that define the quality and purpose of the energy being delivered. The chakra system is explored as it relates to offering service as we interact in life both as individuals and professionals. Full session and hands on chakra balancing practices are provided.
